The Accompanying Person Fee includes: Name Badge permitting access to the following events, but NOT Scientific sessions: Admission to the Welcome Party; 4 Lunch tickets (July 27, 28, 29 and 30); Coffee and Refreshments; Japanese Tea Ceremony; Boat Excursion to Watch Cormorant Fishing with Dinner.
Kids (less than 12 years old) accompanied by attendee can join the Welcome Party, Japanese Tea Ceremony, and Boat Excursion to Watch Cormorant Fishing with Dinner.
Please note: Accompanying person who does not pay the charge cannot attend the above events.
