Welcome to the Laboratory of Nutrition

Our laboratory has had a long and fruitful history in the study of human nutritional conditions. Incorporating a range of studies and approach, we conduct basic research to elucidate the growing problems of metabolic syndrome related conditions we are all facing today. With our expertise on both physiology and molecular experiments, we continue to reveal the interaction of various nutrients, or their deficiency, with the progression towards metabolic syndrome.
