 当研究室で開発した蛋白質・脂肪二重染色法は,蛋白質と脂肪の組織内分布を明瞭に観察できる染色手法である。この手法は平成14年5月に関 税中央分析所 税関分析法No.124「チーズ中のたんぱく質と脂肪の二重染色試験法として,同年7月1日より税関に導入され,国内に輸入されるチーズとバターの鑑別のために用いられている。(長縄ほか,2002,ミルクサイエンス 51(1): 33-37.)
