About my research
Even though gene manipulation, soil-less culture, or other technologies might progress, we are depending on growing plants in soil for food, where roots proliferateto exploit water and nutrients.
My research field is the movement of nutrients and other elements in the soil-root-plant system with a hope to improve crop production.
- Root length and diameter measurement by image analysis
- Measurement fo ultra-trace elements in plant and soil by ICP-MS
- Trace and ultra-trace elements in soil-root-plant system
