Terahertz-wave(THz-wave) is the undeveloped region of electro-magneticwaves. After more than a dozen years of basic research. THz wave reserchhas finally come into its own, and is recognized by the world scientificcommunity as a new frontier. THz waves can penetrate dry foods, frozenfoods, freeze-dry foods, ice, fat, tooth,bone, plastics, semiconductors,cardboard, wood, and textiles, making them suitable for inspection tasksinvolving products made from these materials. in our laboratory, THz wavescontinue to broaden their range of applications
