Farm Business Management

Introduction

Our laboratory offers high quality education and the opportunity to study and conduct research on various issues from farm to tables to graduate students and undergraduate students within the historical context of the Japanese rural village or in comparison with experiences of other nations. As part of the educational training, we use basic theory of social science including agricultural economics, farm business management and rural sociology with emphasis on people’s lifestyles and social and market institutions both domestic and international.
