Sendai Municipal Housing Application (December 2023 Application Round)

How to apply: Pick up the application materials from your local ward office or one of the other distribution centers. Choose one municipal housing unit, fill out the application form attached to the application materials and post it in the provided envelope by the application deadline. In the event that there are more applications than available housing units, tenants will be chosen by lottery.
Application Deadline : Applications must be postmarked by Sat., December 16, 2023.
