Sendai Municipal Housing Applications (December 2025 Application Round)

How to apply: Collect  application materials from your local ward office or one of the other distribution centres.  Choose one municipal housing unit, complete the attached application form, and return it in the provided envelope by the deadline.  If there are more applications than housing units available, tenants will be chosen by lottery.

Application Deadline : Applications must be postmarked by December 16, 2025.
