1) Alzheimer project: regulatory mechanism of gamma-secretase, drug screening for gamma-secretase inhibitors (GSI) and modulators (GSM). 2) Intramembrane proteases project: maintenance and disruption of membrane proteostasis by rhomboid and site-2 proteases, Parkinson’s disease.
